Performance Dx

Performance Dx is a company-wide Operations Excellence evaluation of those performance factors that are critical to your ongoing operations. Information is gathered by reviewing company metrics and documentation, customer feedback reports, senior management input and meetings with staff from all appropriate company functions. This engagement may be customized to focus on those issues of greatest concern to you, and may also bring to light unforeseen issues that you may wish to explore in more depth. Key questions to be evaluated include:

  • Are your customers really satisfied?

An evaluation of factors impacting your customers and their perception of your company and products. This includes a review of customer-centric performance, metrics, and culture as well as product quality, complaint handling and other factors impacting your customers.

  • Do you need to get LEAN – or are you there already?

Many manufacturing companies feel the need to be LEAN – but are there aspects of  LEAN that are not right for you and your customers? What are the key goals for your LEAN program and where are you in your LEAN journey? We'll review your current manufacturing performance and utilization of LEAN tools to give you a clear path forward.

  • Are your employees engaged, productive and planning to grow with you?

A review of the current status of your most valuable resource. Employee morale, engagement, "Grit" and effectiveness will be evaluated as well as management support through training, motivation, feedback and compensation / benefits.
