My Work
I have been working in Manufacturing and Operations for more than thirty years and still find it incredibly exciting and challenging! I enjoy working with my clients and their teams to combine new concepts and technologies with old school wisdom, experience and hard work to achieve significant improvement. While I am often called on to address "big picture" cross-functional issues, I still consider myself a Manufacturing Engineer and enjoy being hands-on when needed. Here is an overview of my experience and some examples of results achieved - please feel free to ask for more details or how I may have helped companies with challenges similar to yours!
